Cancellation

We understand things happen and you can't always make it to your appointments. For cancellations, we ask you try to give a days notice out of respect for stylist time and money. No-Call No-Show Appointments may be subject to a pay 50% of the appointment cost. Frequent Cancellations may be required to pay a Non-Refundable Deposit to rebook, which would go towards the service cost. If the booked appointment is cancelled, deposit is lost and a new deposit maybe required.
